Quick Meat Loaf Muffins
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs, beated
2 T. catsup
1 t. salt
½ t. pepper
½ t. garlic powder
½ t. onion flakes
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing with your hands. Place a palm-full size into a greased muffin cup. Bake 15 minutes until cooked through. Drizzle catsup over each muffin and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
