Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
6 large eggs
¼ cup shredded chicken
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon sweet relish
1 T. mustard
1 t. paprika, optional

Instructions: 
Place the eggs in the bottom of a pot and fill with cold water so that it covers the eggs by at least an inch. Bring to a boil. Just when the water begins to boil, remove the eggs from the heat and cover. Let stand 15minutes then run cold water over them. Gently crack and peel the shells.

Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and separate the whites from the yokes.
In a medium bowl, mix shredded chicken, mayonnaise, yolks, relish and mustard.

Scoop the spread by teaspoons and place into each of the egg whites. If desired, sprinkle each egg with a dash of paprika for color.
