Spicy Southern Slaw

Ingredients:
1 (1 lb.) bag carrot & cabbage slaw mix
½ cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 T. mustard
1 t. apple cider vinegar
½ cup sugar
1 t. celery salt
1 t. black pepper
¼ - ½ t. cayenne pepper, to taste

Instructions:
In a large bowl, prepare the coleslaw dressing by whisking mayo, mustard, vinegar, sugar, celery salt, black and cayenne pepper until combined; add the chopped onions. Add ½ the slaw mix bag and fold dressing over; until covered. Add the remains of the bag, tossing to cover all. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. *Tip-the longer the slaw sits, the better it tastes! Make ahead of time.
