Deluxe Mac Casserole
Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) box macaroni noodles
½ cup onion, diced
½ cup bell pepper, diced
¼ cup chopped pimento
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
Potato chips, crushed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni noodles according to package; drain. In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients together. Put a layer of macaroni in the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Top with cheese mixture; repeat until finished. Sprinkle top of casserole with crushed potato chips.
