Skillet Corn
Ingredients:
6 ears sweet corn
2 sticks butter
¼ cup water
¼ cup heavy cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cut the kernels off each corn cob and place in a large skillet. Add the butter and cook with corn over medium heat until butter is melted. Add water and cream and cook until thickened; about 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
