Red, White & Blue Cheesecake Trifle

Ingredients:
1 (4-ounce) pkg JELL-O Cheesecake Flavor Pudding, plus ingredients to prepare
1 (8- ounce) tub Cool Whip topping
1 (12- ounce) pound cake cut into cubes (angel food cake can also be substituted)
1 pint strawberries, sliced, save 1 whole strawberry for garnish
1 pint blueberries, save several for garnish

Instructions:
Prepare pudding according to package directions. Allow to set in fridge 5 minutes. Gently fold in ½ the cool whip into the pudding mix. Place ½ of the cake cubes in large serving bowl (or several pieces in an individual desert glass); top with ½ cup of the strawberries and ¼ cup of the blueberries. Spread pudding/cool whip mixture over fruit; cover with remaining cake cubes and fruit and remaining pudding/cool whip mix. Layer the remaining cool whip on top and garnish with leftover fruit.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
