Creamy Pesto Dressing
Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil
1 T. chopped fresh basil
1/4 rounded tablespoon salt
1 ½ T. minced garlic
1 (32- ounce) jar mayonnaise
2 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup ½ and ½
2 cups Parmesean cheese, grated
Dash of Tabasco
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a blender, blend all ingredients together until a smooth consistancy is reached. Add salt and pepper to taste; pour into a large container and refridgerate.
