White Bean Dip
1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained
2 T. minced garlic
2 T. lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
1 T. parsley
1 t. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place the beans, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and parsley in a blender. Pulse until the mixture is a smooth consistency. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Transfer the bean dip to a small serving bowl and serve with chips and veggie slices.
