Crunchy Chicken Bites
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup French’s Fried Onions
1 lb. boneless chicken strips
1 egg, beaten
1 packet onion soup mix
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a plastic ziplock bag, pour fried onions and soup mix. Crush mix together. Beat egg in a bowl. Cut each chicken strip in half, dip in egg and place in ziplock bag. Shake gently to coat with fried onion/soup mix. Place strips on a greased baking sheet and bake 20 minutes; until cooked through.
