Sticky Chicken Drummers
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup Cajun Spice
12 chicken drummets
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, balsamic vinegar and Cajun spice, mixing well. Remove skin from drummets and salt and pepper both sides generously. Add drummets to sauce mixture and cover and let marinate in fridge for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Arrange chicken on a greased baking sheet, shaking off excess sauce and bake for 25 minutes; until cooked through. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
