Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie

Ingredients:
1 cup Corn Syrup
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
2 T. butter, melted
1 t. vanilla
2 cups pecans, chopped
1/2-3/4 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
1 (9-inch) unbaked deep-dish pie crust

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir in pecans and semisweet morsels. Pour filling into pie crust.
Bake on center rack of oven for 55 to 60 minutes until set. Cool for 2 hours on wire rack before serving.

* Tip- If pie crust is browning too quickly, cover edges with aluminum foil.
