Homemade Potato Chips

Ingredients:
Vegetable oil, for frying
2 potatoes
Season salt
Paper towels
 
In a large heavy saucepan, fill oil halfway full. Heat oil over high heat until temperature reaches 375 degrees.
Slice potatoes in very thin slices, about a quarter inch thick.
 Add the potato slices in batches to the hot oil. Fry until light golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels, season with season salt. *Make this snack even better by dipping chips in Salsa Ole’!
