Green Chile Chicken Mac

Ingredients:
1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed and shredded
1 (8-ounce) box of your favorite shaped pasta
1 (4-ounce) can green chilies, drained
1 (10 ¾ -ounce) can Mexican-style cheese soup
½ cup milk
Ritz crackers, for dipping
Sour cream, optional

Instructions:
Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until cooked through. Drain pasta and return to saucepan. Over medium heat, add soup and milk to cooked pasta and stir until pasta is coated and creamy. Gently fold in shredded chicken and chile peppers; cook until heated through, about 3-5 minutes. Serve with Ritz crackers for scooping and a dollop of sour cream!
