Spiked Cranberry Cider
Ingredients:
¼ cup packed brown sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
1 T. whole cloves
6 cups cranberry juice
8 cups apple juice
1 ½ - 2 cups Bourbon
Cool whip
Additional cinnamon sticks for garnish
Instructions:
Place the cranberry juice, apple juice, sugar, cinnamon sticks, and cloves in a large pot and bring to a boil. Place lid over pot and reduce heat to simmer, allowing the flavors to marry, about 20 minutes.
Pour desired amount of Bourbon into the bottom of serving mug and then fill with cider. Serve with a cinnamon stick and a dollop of cool whip for garnish.
