Chicken Cordon Blue Bake
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken (from a rotisserie chicken)
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 T. butter, melted
½ cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package swiss cheese, shredded
1 (8-ounce) package smoked deli ham, shredded
10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place shredded chicken in the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle ham over chicken. In a small bowl, mix the soup with milk and cheese and pour this mixture over meat. In another bowl, combine melted butter with bread crumbs until combined. Sprinkle this on top of casserole and bake for 25-30 minutes; until bubbly.
