Chicken Hash Chowder

Ingredients:
2 T. butter
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¾ cup onion, finely chopped
½ cup celery, finely chopped
½ cup carrots, finely chopped
½ cup bell pepper, finely chopped
1 (11-ounce) can corn, drained
1 (4.5-ounce) can green chilies
2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
1 ½ t. chili powder
½ t. cayenne pepper, or to taste
½ t. cumin
½ t. garlic powder
½ t. salt
½ t. pepper
2 cups (1 can) chicken broth
¾ cup milk

Instructions:
In a crockpot, combine butter, onion, celery, carrots, bell pepper, corn and green chilies. Add chicken broth, chicken breasts, chili powder, cayenne, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper; cook on low for 6 hours. Turn heat setting to high, add frozen hashbrowns and milk, cook an additional 15 minutes until hashbrowns are tender.
