Chocolate Dipped Berry Tartlets
Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) package sugar cookie dough
1/3 cup flour
½ cup white chocolate morsels
½ cup semi sweet morsels
1/2 cup dried cranberries, diced
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Sit cookie dough out on the counter to soften.
In a large mixing bowl combine softened dough with flour. Roll dough into small balls and press into the bottom and up the sides of 24 small muffin tin cups.
Bake tartlets for 10 minutes or until light golden brown around edges and puffy. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 second intervals until smooth, about 2 minutes. Remove the tartlets from oven and allow to cool. Fill each tartlet with several semisweet morsels. Spoon melted white chocolate over tartlets and sprinkle each with cranberries, cool tartlets for 10 minutes in muffin cups. Carefully remove to wire rack to cool completly. Can be served at room temperature or refrigerated and served cold.
*Tip: refrigerated tartlets have a fudge-like center!
