Crabby Salad Won Tons
Ingredients:
1 package won ton wrappers (available in the produce aisle)
1 (6-ounce) package imitation crab meat
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cups celery, diced
½ cup bell pepper, diced
½ cup cucumber, diced
1 t. lemon juice
½ cup Thousand Island dressing
2 T. sweet pickle, chopped
¼ t. cayenne
½ t. salt
½ t. lemon pepper seasoning
Parsley for garnish
Instructions:
In a serving bowl, combine crab, bacon, celery, bell pepper, sweet pickle and cucumber. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, dressing, cayenne, salt and lemon pepper. Drizzle over crab/veggies and toss to combine. Press each won ton wrapper into the bottom and sides of a mini-muffin cup. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5-7 minutes until edges are browned. Scoop crab filling into each wonton and garnish with parsley.
