Creamy Bean Queso

Ingredients:
1 cup onion, chopped
1 T. butter
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (15.5-ounce) can black beans, drained
1 (15.5-ounce) can pinto beans, drained
1 (4.5-ounce) can green chiles
1 cup sour cream
1 t. garlic powder
1 ½ t.cumin
2 t. chili powder
½ t. pepper
1 (8-ounce) package Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8-ounce) package Mexican blend cheese, shredded

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook onion in butter in a large skillet until translucent. Stir in cream cheese, beans and chili; cook over medium heat until cheese and beans are combined together. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and seasonings. Gently fold in cheeses and pour mix into a 2-quart greased casserole dish. Bake 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve hot with toast points or tortilla chips.
