Crock-Pot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:
2 lbs. beef stew meat
1 ½ cup onion, chopped
1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of onion soup
1 (10-ounce) can golden mushroom soup
1 (8-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
1 ½ t. pepper
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. salt
1 lb. package of egg noodles
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:
In an electric slow cooker, combine beef, onions, soups, mushrooms, pepper, garlic powder and salt. Cover; cook on high 4-5 hours or low 7-8; according to manufactures’ instructions. Uncover, stir in cream cheese and sour cream until combined. Serve over cooked egg noodles and sprinkle fresh parsley over.
