Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
4 ounces fresh brewed espresso, cooled
1 ½ ounces Amaretto
1-2 ounces white chocolate liquor, to taste
Ice
White chocolate bar, for garnish
Instructions:
Pour cooled coffee, hazelnut liquor and chocolate liquor into a shaker over ice. Strain into an espresso rimmed martini glass. Garnish with white chocolate curls.
*For chocolate curls: use a vegetable peeler and run across top of white chocolate bar to form curl garnish.
