Hearty Fish Chowder

Ingredients:
1 lb. frozen tilipia fillets
2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
2 T. butter
1 cup onion, diced
1 bay leaf
1 (15-ounce) can creamed corn
2 cups chicken broth
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 t. salt
½ t. pepper
½ t. Old Bay Seasoning
1 t. parsley

Instructions:
In a large pot over medium-high heat, melt butter; add onion and cook onions until tender. Add frozen fish, potatoes, bay leaf, salt, pepper, Old Bay and chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, until fish is cooked through and potatoes are soft. Break fish into chunks. Add cream and corn to pot; heat through. Discard bay leaf, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
