Holiday Bark
Ingredients:
16 ounces white chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
½ cup semisweet morsels
½ cup pistachios, chopped
Parchment paper
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds.Stir chocolate and heat again in 30 second intervals until melted. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread chocolate lightly into approx. an 8x10 inch rectangle. Sprinkle the top evenly with cranberries, apricots, morsels and pistachios. Set aside for at least 2 hours until firm, or refrigerate for 20 minutes. Break the bark in pieces and serve at room temperature
