Honey-Nut Fudge
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup ½ and ½
1/3 cup milk
2 T. honey
2 T. butter
1 t. vanilla
1 cup walnuts
Instructions:
In a large saucepan, combine sugar, brown sugar, ½ and ½, milk and honey. Cook over medium heat until it boils; stirring constantly. Continue to cook and stir until thermometer registers 236 degrees; a soft-ball stage, about 15-20 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat, add butter, vanilla and walnuts. Quickly turn fudge into a well greased 8x8 baking dish. Tightly cover and store in a cool place or in the refrigerator to set.
