Hot Crab Dip
Ingredients:
1 small can lump crab meat, drained
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup onion, minced
½ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
¼ t. garlic powder
1 can artichoke hearts (in water), drained and minced
1 cup Parmesean cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake 20 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve with assorted crackers or chips.
