Party Pinwheels
Ingredients:
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (4-ounce) package ranch dressing mix
½ cup red pepper, chopped fine
½ cup celery, chopped fine
¼ cup black olives, chopped
½ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
1 (12-ounce) package imitation crab meat, chopped
4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth. Add red pepper, celery, onion, olives, garlic salt, pepper and crab; mix well. Spread ¾ cup on each tortilla and roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Remove from fridge and slice into ½ inch pieces.
