Picante Beef & Bean Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 jar (16 ounces) Pace Picante sauce
- 1 can (about 15 ounces) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 6 flour tortillas (6-inch), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Cook beef and onion in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until beef is well browned, stirring to break up meat. Pour off any fat.
- Stir in picante sauce, beans and tortillas and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring often. Top with cheese.
