Picante Skillet Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 to 6)
- 1 jar (16 ounces) Pace Picante sauce
- 6 cups hot, cooked regular long-grain white rice
Preparation
- Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides.
- Add picante sauce to skillet. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with rice.
