Slow Cooked Beans and Franks
Ingredients:
2 lbs. frankfurters, sliced
1 (13-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. molasses
4 (16 oz.) cans baked beans
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
Instructions:
In medium skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Drain. In crockpot, combine bacon and remaining ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
