Southern Corn Bread Salad

Ingredients:
6 cups crumbled corn bread
2 cups mayonnaise
½ cup celery, chopped
½ cup bell pepper, chopped
½ cup onion, chopped
1 cup tomato, diced
¾ cup pecans, chopped
1 (4-ounce) jar pimento, drained
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Stir together mayo, celery, bell pepper, onion, pecans, pimento, salt and pepper. Gently fold in corn bread and tomatoes. Cover and chill at least 2 hours prior to serving.
