Strawberry Shakeup
Ingredients:
1 oz rum
2 oz. crème de cacao
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
½ cup half-and-half
4 fresh strawberries, sliced, plus additional for garnish
Instructions:
Place liquids, strawberries and ice cream in a blender; puree until smooth. Pour into a short glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
