Stuffed Mushroom Munchies
Ingredients:
24 fresh button mushrooms, stems removed
1 can chopped spinach, drained well
2 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces mozzerella cheese, shredded
½ t. onion powder
½ t. garlic salt
1 t. oregano
½ t. pepper
1 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except mushrooms, reserve ½ the Parmesan cheese for topping. Mix ingredients well. Fill mushroom caps with mixture and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan on top of each filled mushroom. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
