Toffee Fudge Sauce

Ingredients:
½ cup Hershey’s Cocoa
2/3 cup Evaporated milk
1/3 cup light Karo Syrup
¾ cup sugar
5 T. butter
1 t. vanilla
1 Heath toffee bar, chopped

Instructions:

Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in a large saucepan. Add milk and corn syrup; cook over medium heat until mixture boils. Stirring constantly, boil sauce for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla. Stir in chopped toffee bar and drizzle hot toffee fudge sauce over a big bowl of vanilla ice cream! Cover and store leftovers in the refrigerator. It becomes gooey and can be easily drizzled after reheating.
