Cooking with Emily - Marshmallow Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
1 (20- ounce)can Pineapple chunks, drained
1 small can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup coconut
1 cup sour cream
1 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Very cool and refreshing side dish with the Holiday meal!
